I purchased my home a few months ago after having a home inspection with John Miller. As expected, I have run into no surprises and continue to look back on the experience working with him as a great one. John was on-time, personable, knowledgable and thorough. He methodically worked his way through the entire house, welcoming any and all questions. He took great pictures to reference the things on the home inspection check-list and made everything easy to understand. I enjoyed his eagerness to answer my questions, making sure I had a good understanding before moving on. He was pleasant, in no rush to get in and out, and said if there were any issues that he would be there, and I believe him!
